A ‘Yes’ has the same value as a ‘No’

A no is equal to a yes.

Trusting people’s no and yes

Others hold their own boundary.

I don’t have an attachment to it.

I’d like one, but I trust.

I know you’ll say no- if you don’t.

Openness to know

That even if it’s a no

There might be another opportunity that comes.

Without all the exhausting labour of:

“Are you sure you know

Your yes and your no?”

Is everything amazing?

There’s got to be some space for rejection.

The bias towards yes.

Being a “yes man”.

Being discerning about how much you take on.

Think about the biggest “no” that ever happened in your life.

What happened because of that no that couldn’t have happened otherwise?

The pervasive narrative of the “right” decision.

It doesn’t exist.

It’s so strong.

Fate is so ingrained in our vernacular.

It’s a huge weight that we carry.
